DU Institute of Ecology consists of 5 laboratories with the modern equipment:

        Hydroecology;

        Genetics and molecular biology;

        Environmental chemistry;

        GIS;

        Nature conservation.

Equipment

Institute of Ecology has scientific and research equipment for the realization of its scientific research and nature-conservation activities. Therefore, it successfully solves the most diverse scientific research problems.

Gāzu hromatogrāfs „Shimadzu GCMS-QP2010” ar masspektrometrisko detektoru

HPLC hromatograph „Shimadzu LC20” ar spektrometriskās diožu matricas detektoru

Spektrofotometrs „CECIL 1021” UV un redzamās gaismas diapazons

Plūsmas injekcijas aparāts „FIAlab-2500”, autoklāvs

Laboratory of genetics and molecular biology:

7300 Real Time PCR system;

GeneAmp® PCR system 9700;

ABI PRISM™ 310 Genetic Analyzer;

Western Blotting system;

UV-Visible Spectrophotometer;

Versatile Environmental Test Chamber.

GIS laboratory:

Divas Meteostacijas „Davis Vantage Pro2”  ar programmatūru
